i have one of this similar trigger gun for my Black&Decker pressure washer.. sadly it starts to leak, i did the same thing on trying to fix it but it still leaks.. i found a Bosch Pressure Washer Trigger for AQT F016F04796 and it works perfectly with my Black&Decker pressure washer even the extension nozzle fits on the Bosch trigger gun.. awesome!
Same here, sadly didnt resolve the leak but worth a try. A little saying from my part of the world, ‘you pay peanuts-you get monkeys’ ie you get what you pay for. Your excellent video will come in handy when I need to replace the o rings in the trigger. However, I had a terrible leak that sounds similar to what you may have experienced, and what I discovered the issue to be was the o ring on the hose where it connects to the trigger. It was broken, so I figured this was the culprit and it is! Super easy fix as I already had a damaged hose that I'd saved, and the o ring was still good. Easy peasy, but will definitely get an o-ring kit for inevitable future failures.

All good to show replacement of o rings but would have been nice to see it connected back to the machine with the water running to see if it fixed the actual problem.

Replaced all my o rings on my Mac Allister jetwash which is the same as the wand in the video but can I for the love of me get the internals to go back together without one part of it flying off or coming out of place
Yes, it's a bit tricky to get everything to stay in place while getting it back together. It took me several tries as well. I don't have any tips on this unfortunately, I just kept trying until I finally got it. It was frustrating though.
my gun is pretty much the same as yours in design an I was wondering what the size of the 1st 2 o'rings you replaced are. I know that one's green for chemicals but the other is black but both the same size by eye.

Hello, it will vary between brands and models. On the one in the video it didn't, but you will need to double check yours. If there was one there, there should be at least some ruminants of it as evidence. Thanks for watching!
I am glad to find the video because my trigger gun has the same designing. It is not leaking but water is flowing out either you press the handle or loose it. After watch your video, I know the solution is so simple that I cannot understand its reason. I have two questions for you: Does your gun work after replacing O-rings? Can you explain how the device works to close or open water flowing by press or loose the handle with such simple designing? Is there any other loose parts existed inside before disassembled? I appreciate your further help. .
Effie Liu I'm glad you found my video helpful. Unfortunately it turned out my my gun had a failed valve (the white part) that wasn't fixed with the O'ring replacement. As for any additional parts, no what you see was the entire thing from start to finish. The only things you don't see is the hose attached and the wand to the gun. I'm not certain on exactly how the valve in the gun works, but I think it works by pulling the O'ring away from from the seat at the bottom of the channel allowing water to pass into and through the valve. Again I'm not certain on that part. Never have taken the time to explore that part of it. :)
In my wand, the white valve has 3 o-rings. There is a very small o-ring near the tip of the white valve, but you are missing that o-ring; perhaps that is why yours didn't work when reassembled?

@Bruce DaBuc I wasn't able to fully understand the function of that white piece on mine but it was the only part that was left that I wasn't able to confirm functioning. I assumed there had to be a microfracture in the plastic that when the water was under pressure would be enough to force it's way through, but I don't have a microscope to confirm that. Only a guess.

I don't know of any way of fixing the valve itself, because it's been electronically welded together. The valve on mine is the white part seen here... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RWOr06MXXOM.html The only way i know how to determine if its the valve or not is by trying the o-ring option. Sorry I cant offer better advice for this.
O-rings come in all kinds of sizes. Nothing is standard in pressure washers. There's no way I can help with this without being there to see it. Sorry Best of luck. I'd recommend taking the old o-ring along with you to the store so you can compare and make sure you get the one you are needing.
Depending on the age of the machine, you will likely have to contact the manufacturer of your washer and see if they offer the internals. In my experience most often your only choice at that point is to replace the whole gun part. Usually they are not too expensive 15-20 bucks.
What is the size of the o ring ? The o ring kit is it in meteric? Where did we can get the kit from ? Why you covered the kit brand and lable with your hand in the video?
Did it work though as I nave had the same problem with my Nilfisk 110.7 and I lubricated the O rings with silicone lubricant and it still leaked. Anyone got an idea of how to fix it as I would be very grateful.

michael dyer I'm sorry to be completely honest with you I didn't even pay attention to what size I grabbed. I just picked one that was close to what I removed. It was metric in size, I do know that much. If you had a tight fit with the new O-rings installed and it still leaks, you could have a failed valve in the gun. If that's the case you will need to replace the gun. They are pretty cheap directly from Blue Clean 10 bucks + shipping. Just make sure it says the correct model number and you should be good.
I was about to post the same comment but noticed your comment. Yes, there should be a 3rd much smaller O-ring on the tip of the white circular close-off valve where the valve tapers in. He replaced the 2 larger O-rings on the valve but did not replace the missing 3rd O-ring at the very tip of the valve. You can see the groove for the missing 0-ring in the video if you look closely at the valve.
