(I’m trying not to I’ve too many spoilers lol)

The bindi ,the dress up and the small tattoo like thing on that dark girl's face are actually Indian cultural thing . But let me tell no body in ancient India ever wore burkha or other covering specially for women it were only the barbarian invaders like mughals ,turks..

But kurtas and saree/salwars are more "indian" coded than those cause even tho they are worn they originate from mughal/Muslim clothing
NO. lehengas , sherwanis, kurta are indian and also originated from india because in india each state has its own originated cloth styles. Idk about this manhwa but by looking at it the clothes its mixed indian and arabic and they are wearing bindi in their forehead (indian thing) and dhoti sherwani styled clothes which kings used to wear in india before.

I feel so much indianess 😂 be it their turban, their sherwani, lehnga, bindi, dhoti-pyzama, even the sleeveless shirt , peacock 🦚 feather on turbon etc. Even though india didn't had face covering traditions but head covering in hindu religious rituals was there. But this kind of veil can also be seen in north west india villages, only old people in desert do that. But they dont cover entire face Either. Btw rest all is still Indian, i can name each outfit even jewelleries some people are saying it's turkic arabia india mix culture, for those people. West asia had Migration of romani indians, that's why their culture might be similar to india. I don't think that the clothing styles shown in manhwa is entirely based on one's country because they are all mixed MOST especially in a FANTASY genre manhwa where the author/artists would just mixed ideas inspired by different cultures to create a unique world building based on his/her preferences. There is even some manhwa settings (A European setting) where some clothes are quite revealing (like banquet dresses that shows the legs) though not really revealing but not exactly as conservative as the clothing style in that era so I advice to other readers not to put too much thought into clothing because it's up to the artist's idea for if he/she wants to just mixed it all up😂 The only time people should think that there is a misconception is if the story is about a real life based historical story where you would really need to study that culture because you could get critisize for describing it wrong as it is based on REAL LIFE.

They name every character arabian...but then whole character is mixture of indian arabian look...my friend is from arab and she laugh everytime she saw these characters cause more than half of these characters have nothing to do with Arabian culture
