He is age 60 plus. Still his voice seems like a 23 years old boy. So pure. So soft so natural. He is the best singer i have ever heard. Diamonds are rare. He is the one.

Man!! I am emotional now!! I have listened this song all my childhood!! Esp. when my mom used to drive me home from school on her bike.. it used to be a long drive, and I used to put ‘O Sanam’ in the loop!! Every day!!! My son is 1 n half old now... and I sing this song for him almost every day!!! He just loves it and Lucky uncle as well 🙂 Love you and all your songs sir!!!
I am sixteen and I am proud of my musical taste. Hats off to the lyrics of O Sanam, sometimes I feel unlucky for not being born in the 90s. He has a magical voice✨
We played this song with Sitar, Flute and drums. It's still awesome!!! प्यार के सफर में, आती धूप-छाव है। मंजिल न जाने, मेरी किस गांव है। ओ सनम चले जाने की कसम (Instrumental) ओ....
This song is the remainder, when life was innocent and beautiful. There is a part of me, still hung on to it. A part of me, that doesn't want to change because that was the most honest period of my life.
The man who introduced me to music in 90’s. He is the first artist i listened to as a kid - SIFAR -well dressed beggar. Now i am 35 and he is still the only favourite artist of mine. Love you lucky ali 🙏
@@nicholastariang1017 there is no religion of music... Rahat Fateh Ali shaheb, Atif Aslam, Adnan Sami is more popular and successful in India othere hand Arijit, Papon, Sonu Nigam, KK, Shan etc are famous in BD and Pak..... stop being a papet of politicians
This was the very first song I heard in my childhood since music started making sense to me.. I'll tell my kids to play this song right before my end, it's the last song I wanna hear before I leave..
Growing up in an era where Indi-pop burst into the scene with Lucky Ali, Euphoria, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Alisha Chenoy, Anaida, Sweta Shetty, Suneeta Rao, Bombay Vikings, KK, Silk Route, Colonial Cousins, Shankar Mahadevan (to name a few) all becoming household names. Thanks mostly to MTV, which used to be a channel which actually showcased music, unlike now where it has become a cheap platform for scripted and vulgar "reality" shows. Listening to this song takes me to my school days - Coming back home from school, somehow stuffing my face with food and then rushing off to play with friends. During the brief interval between getting ready to run off to the football field or the cricket ground and taking a couple of quick bites, inevitably the TV would be switched on and all these songs would be playing one after the other. Next day, it would be our turn to become Lucky Ali or Bombay Vikings or Shaan and sing the songs in the classroom substituting the desks for drums and all other sorts of percussion equipment, in a hopeless bid to impress your crush. Then, saving pocket money to buy the cassette from the nearby records shop. Playing the cassette on the tape recorder and rewinding the cassette to the favorite part of the song or the specific song so as to play it again and again on loop. Ahh!! those were the days! We had dreams, hopes and an unbridled innocence which somehow has also vanished along with the era of the 90s. Our childhood!! Listening to him today, suddenly a realization dawned on me - time just like grains of sand which slips away from one's clenched fists, has just slipped by and all that we are left with are.... memories!!
Grew up listening to lucky ali.. half life past still stuck with him.. he makes me believe in life.. he makes me believe in God.. wish one day can meet him and listen to him in person and life will be completed that day!
