Plus I'm not muslim so I dont wear hijab,so I am afraid if the 04 is too light on my face tapi nampak dark on my neck

val vs in that case, if ure in yellow undertone just like me, probably u can choose shade 06, it slightly darker than 04. Or maybe u can mix shade 06 with 08 if u afraid that the finishing might be pale on u.
