I loved that they included Jaffer’s mom Nayyara Noor who was a legend and we grew up listening to her magical voice. No doubt she was the biggest influence for Kaavish

When Abdul Hannan said 'legends,' they showed Gumby, and it made me so happy. I have seen Gumby with so many great bands including Junoon, Strings, Noori, Meekal Hassan Band, Call, overload, E.P., and many others since my teenage years, and he truly is a legend.

I got a bit emotional seeing Nayyara Noor on a Coke Studio video. She owned the music scene of Pakistan for decades, even though I’m mid 90s born kid but cleary remember her famous songs that used to play on PTV. What an artists she was, nightingale of Pakistan, Jaffer definetely got his heavenly vocals and talent from his mom! RIP Nayyara Noor.

I vividly remember Nayyara Noor on TV during my childhood - what a beautiful tribute to her. Standing on the shoulders of giants…

Never knew he is son of Nayyara Noor, now I understand where he got such impactful voice from as soon as he starts, its in his DNA

At 15:01, there's a painting of Asfar Hussain and Arooj Aftab from Mehram. Imagine all the hundreds, even thousands, of objects that are used to create this level of detail. That's what gives the sets such an authentic feel. The concept of cutting corners simply does not exist in the world of CS.

Well guess what - as usual, you and Shrutz connected practically all the dots in your reaction….AND there was so much more to say after your in-depth analysis. I too loved the point about the feminine and artistic side of the almost entirely male crew in the room - lovely observation. Yes, Nayyara Noor was as private, unfrazzled, and completely in her zone as her son Jaffer is. She had the sweetest, most melodious voice I’ve heard. She was famous for her Begum Akhter renditions as well as some magical Ghazals and songs she did for Pak tv dramas of the ‘80’s and a sprinkling of film songs. I had the pleasure of meeting her at an open house event at my school, the year I taught her niece in kindergarten. Never met a more humble super star than she was ❤️

the best line from this BTS when Jaffar says “ Jo yahan tak laay kar aiya hai wo agaay be help karay ga”. This is pure gold and this is what I refer to hope and we need to remain hopeful in life and shouldn’t give way to despair. you can also see hananan thinks this song has transformed himself and helped him come out of his despair. zulfi refers to this as therapy so Jyuti yes we can come out of bad times but healing time is very contextual. For some it might take little bit more time than others

Jaffer’s father Sheryar Zaidi is an accomplished singer as well. There are many duets sung by Nayyara and him, which are great.

Nayyara noor just died last year so the sorrow within jaffar is not too old which made him to give such performance. RIP to the legendary singer of Pakistan Nayyara noor. It reminds us childhood when every thing was so calm like her ghazals, the words were valuable the music was so real.

Boy litteraly said mujhey gaana nahi aata tha 😂 and i cover horrible english covers 😂 and after few seconds he sung like 20 years experienced guy singing 😂❤

Nayyara Noor was such a legendary voice… before this BTS I didn’t even know these Kavish guys were related to her but it all makes sense now. You guys should look into Nayyara Noor’s music, it will be a treat. Maybe do a reaction video to her songs? 🤷‍♂️There are plenty online available.

As a geriatric millennial, I couldn't place why Abdul Hannan's music has always resonated with me so deeply ....Xulfi's assessment of his sound gave me the answer. I love this kid's vocals and writing. This song was personally a special treat to me (and my kinda people) for the express reason that they used musical instruments like yesteryears instead of going heavy electronic again. (A grievance I have from this particular season as a whole) I dunno why they striped down instrumental solos in coke studio to barely any. Every review of this song I have seen, has people complaining why the song ended so soon. It felt abrupt/incomplete. They hooked people in, completely enthralled and left them wanting more. That was the only thing about this song that disappointed me .

Jojo I hope and wish that you get better soon. Whatever is going through in your life will not stay forever. This time shall pass too. Chill and be happy. We can't see you sad. We love you. I'll pray for you. ❤❤🤍

you guys have to watch jaffar’s mum master pieces. She was one of the best ghazal singers back in 80s. You will be completely absorbed in her voice - this is something I can say for sure.

Coke Studio is incomplete until you both do your in depth reactions to the song and BTS. I'm also happy your reaction comes few days after the song releases because then it does not seem like we are waiting long for the next song to release.

I resonated with your thoughts about this production being all men and connecting with their emotions. I felt it was very appropriate because society looks very differently at women crying and men even beginning to express how they feel inside. Men are always taught to be tough from a very young age. I love that this song showed its ok to feel what you feel and still believe there's hope ahead.

O Yaara is not a song just. But it's an emotion, and I almost watch 30 reaction videos on RU-vid. After I listened to the music, I didn't really get it, and then I watched the Magical Journey and came to your video. I watched your reaction for one hour, then played 100 times, including reaction videos. This is a unique song; not everyone will understand it on the first attempt. But yes, those who are going through or had this kind of experience may relate to it. Overall, This season really shocked me. I was not used to listening to Coke Studio in the last few seasons. I was back again in Season 14 and am listening to and watching each song and its relevance this season. And there is something new this season.

if u r not a overthinker, u can't do anything in life with perfection. The best part of this song was the transition from Hanan to Jaffer's part, the music during that transition was killer.

out of all the BTS i have seen of coke studio, this was my favourite. It was like, they are saying everything i want to say.

There are some short videos on coke studio official account regarding set making for this song,; parts that are not included in main BTS video. You can check them out on your own. They included real artists (painter, musician, sculptor makers...)for this busking street, you daw a sculptor made by one of them at the very beginning when BTS starts.

Before watching this BTS i never knew Jaffar is Nayyara Noor's son. What a legend she was a truely said by many in the comments that she was underrated for what skills she possessed. I loved one comment say they both possess one thing in common "Thehrao" ❤
