Blessed is the man!!!!!! I have searched RU-vid for years looking for this song. Not giving up in hopes I would find it. Today the Ruach hakodesh of YHVH has opened my eyes! May this be a reminder to those that The Most high wants to bless His People!!! This honestly brought tears to my eyes as it did like the first time I heard it!!!!!! Toda!
How lovely are Thy courts Oh God THY DWELLING place, Oh Most High My soul, it yearns and faints for them My heart and my flesh cry out for Thee oh God You oh Lord are a sun and the Shield You show us favor and honor No good thing will you withhold from him who walks with You Almighty One Blessed is the man who trust in You Even the sparrow Has found a home And the swallow a nesting place That she may feed her young A place near Your altar They choose to dwell Oh Lord Almigthy My King my God A better one day in Thy courts oh God than to live for a thousand anywhere else
So Blessed to hear these Anointed songs again, it was years ago (late 1980's) that I was first introduced to Israel's Hope at the Beth Messiah congregation. The music is just as beautiful as when I first heard them!
Hi, Mike! It was about 1987 when my sweetheart and I saw Israel's Hope at the Beth Messiah congregation and other locations, as well. I desperately miss this type of live worship! We now live in the northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
I wish to say that after 40 years of bad night mares of my pass a friend showed me the way back to JESUS since I've been reading the bible all night mares are gone ,reading the bible did better for me than what the VA shrinks could not do ,I carry JESUS in my heart 24/7 ,when I feel like Satan is trying to enter my mind I ask Jesus to help block him out .Amen
Amen. i agree with you brother, in Jesus' name. here is a scripture for that, King James 2000 Bible You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3 God is a mighty shield and an immoveable fortress. He shows honor and favor to ALL those who come to Him, and He never, ever brings up their past again.
I saw a poster today that said something to this effect..... "Do not look back unless you are heading in that direction". I would agree with that, but if we are looking back at all the wonderful things that the Lord has done in our lives and others, that would be a good thing. If we are looking back at bad things and bad choices wanting to return, it is a good poster to remind us not to look back at those harmful things. Remember this.... the race set before us, not behind, lets us not turn back, friend, this was a good reminder for me today also. Fix your eyes on the author and finisher of your faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 Running the Race with Discipline 12 Therefore, since we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also get rid of every weight and entangling sin. Let us run with endurance the race set before us, 2 focusing on Yeshua/Jesus, the initiator and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame; and He has taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of God.
I love these songs . Read Psalm 84 today and this 2nd song was in my spirit. I just HAD to pull it up here on RU-vid to listen to it. Blessed is the Man who trusts in you . . .
Brother Paul, As with my first Brother Paul, your faithfulness and worship of our holy Lord blesses me every time I pull out Israel's Hope or Up to Zion. Spelling's probably (WAY!) off, but "Baruch habah bashem Adonai" BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD! Both His servants, as yourself, and Him when He returns to Jerusalem in VICTORY over Satan and His followers!
Great music. Only objection was regarding an offensive post made 3 months ago by some unbelieving mocker/scoffer, who posted foul language on this page. I am disappointed that You Tube seems to lack the tools to block out offensive language posts from those who only take delight in texting jeers and sneers and vulgarity. I pray that the Lord will have mercy upon his soul and bring him into the place of true repentance and salvation. Yeshua also died for that person's soul. And we do not yet know what good purposes of god may yet be revealed in his life. God can bring the dead back to life; so also, those who walk among us who appear to be alive, but who are yet dead to God in their soul and spirit.
If you can't return love for hate, maybe you shouldn't read the comment section. It's full of spiteful people who are known as "trolls", just trying to irritate others. Sorry, but that's today's world. Especially when there are comment sections. These people get their fun out of getting under people's skin. Pray for him. I'm guessing that you already have prayed for him.
