Hello friends,

Sir,, I'm in NTPC as Diploma apprentice trainee. Your vedios are really helpful for me to understand all equipment that i see on site. Like deairator, O² analyser Esp much more.. Senior manager DGM AGM are very cooperative,, They teach me and made my understanding on site.. 😊🙏🇮🇳

Great explanation sir.. But I think the O2 increases when we go through backward derection of flue gas. I.e O2 at Eco outlet area should greater than O2 at Eco inlet area.

Eco outlet temp. Will be 300 to 340C In power plant, So Sulphur react with Oxygen so it form SOx. So your information is partially correct.

Which fuel used, if their ignition temperature below this value then no problems, but if coal fuel it's always installed between Economiser and Air Preheater.

Due to Acid due point, sulphuric acid start condensing at below 120°C and deposited on Boiler part, due to acidic in nature corrosion formation on Boiler part ultimately damage the part, on this topic video is ready very soon I'll upload this video. Thanks dear

3bar pressure is more than atmospheric pressure, air vent main purpose to release remaining O2 from boiler at this pressure all air released from Boiler, if we close this at 10bar, vent line may bent at higher pressure due to lower strength and losses of water may be increased because from 3bar pressure rise to 10bar taken some time during this period some losses are accounted. one question. you say eco outlet temp is never above 220°c in our 800mw plant it is 320°c. Then what happens with sulphur and hydrogen??

1kg Sulphur required 1kg of Oxygen for reaction and make Sulphur dioxide, so the value of oxygen shown approx exact, for controlling Sulphur in big plant FGD system is provided to control the sulphur level whereas in small plant dolomite used for controlling the sulphur content.
