We tried contacting Oak Alley RV several times by phone and no one ever answered. We left our name and phone number and no one called back. We sent emails by contact form and using an email address we found on a review site and no one replied. Finally we made a post on a Facebook group that people who are staying there use and it went unanswered and then was removed by the admin. It may be a nice park but the customer service is non existent. We gave up and spent our money at another resort.
