Oak Bay a municipality within Victoria, the capital of British Columbia has its annual festival, the Tea Party, with lots of great music, junky food, cheesy rides and goofy arcade attractions. Its corny and fabulous with heaps of worn out parents, cranky sugar high kids and tragic teens posting selfies. This is a short collection of some of the fun rides at the fair.
