Wow!! A video from Bryan and you on a rainy Sunday morning here in Pennsylvania. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing your awesome work and super cool cars. I am picking up a Model A frame later this week and using it to build a replica 1928 Morgan/MG special with a supercharged opposed twin engine. I hope to bring it over across the pond and drive it on those really cool country roads. That Lola is awesome!!!
@@thebracketfactory Thank you my friend!!! I have been working on a device to capture atmospheric static electricity and convert it into usable Dynamic electricity. Theoretically it is zero point ether energy so I am tentatively calling the modules ZPM's or Zero Point Modules. It has been talking up most of my free time however it is getting warmer so I can start working on my 1928 Restomod Morgan/MG Special . The invention I have ben working on for nearly 20 years and I am almost done. It will be great for people living off grid. The first one is a 4 kilowatt generator that converts enough energy to power itself for at least 5 years and maybe more. Super exciting.
Looking forward to seeing what you did in lockdown. But for me I love to find out your DT having had a few I am missing the fun factor they have. I am on the lookout for one here in Holland I just missed last one on the market. Thanks again 😊
I came here via Oak Swamp, mainly because when Bryan was scanning back up the workshop past the Lotus as soon as I saw the first few inches of the white car I thought No !! surely not !!! a 3B dammit he has a lolly !! and it was .....I have lusted / looked for an affordable project Lola 3B for half my life, .So looking forward to the next instalment, it was fun watching the way you got around the tank plating ,much the same as I would have done except the filler :o)) I think I would have left the pipe protrusion through the flange and back fed the pipe through the round hole in the tank via the big square hole before plating it in and then used another round flange on top and sandwiched it with a gasket and screwed it together , reason being the filler pipe is going to get a fair bit of ''leverage'' when assembling it all in the car and it might fracture??. also with captive nuts in the plate inside the tank would allow some rotation if it didn't align too well just a thought.( many ways to skin a moggy) When the Lola is done and its going to an event somewhere it would be great to have a look over her. The Chevy engine looks to be a 383 stroker ?? I have a 455bhp one but only a 750 four barrel Holley in my Healey so your estimate is about right power wise with webers...
That Wragg is a truly beautiful shape. Its looks are from a prewar time when the bodywork shape came from the designers imagination. I hope you make a video on the engine you intend to put in it. Thanks for the video.
7:19, for some who might not know about it... Thats the Sunbeam Tiger V12, the 1926 Land Speed Record-breaking car. It used to be a regular sight racing in vintage racing decades ago. And now, it looks like it is returning to the tracks once again. Owner/driver, is Vijay Mallya, a name some might recognize... Another highlight of the weekend is anither car racing, an Alfa Romeo 158 "Alfetta". Surely you must've seen it, or at least heard it!
Oo Err! That Lola! Good grief, how many cars have you got in that shed/garage/Bracket Factory? This just keeps getting better. Looking for the motorcycles too though! Thanks for a great video. Les
Anyone else wondering how much longer Chris' garage is? I wouldn't be at all surprised if in another video he pulls back a curtain behind the Lola to reveal a Mk9 Spitfire fuselage and behind that a Sherman tank🤣
Big fan of Brians channel "Oak Swamp"!! ...Now an eager Sub to yours!! ..I always dreamed of making a Lola like yours..Is it a "Manta" kit? ..G-50's are just not available any more over here and bring a serious+++ cost. I used to have a 69 Series 2 ..miss it a lot! ..I will share your "channel" around to my buddies! ..👍👍👍🗽🇺🇸
My brothers daughter is looking for an Austin Seven for VSCC events. I like your Lola, my mother's name and her reg number is LOL 1. I had a '71 Lotus Europa Renault that sadly was hacked in to a hovercraft by Monster Garage.
