What? Lawyers hear incriminating evidence about their clients all the time. They are bound to client-confidentiality agreements similar to other professions. Now if the lawyer knows their client is planning to commit FUTURE CRIMES OR FRAUD then that is different. They are required to disclose that in many jurisdictions.
