But because she was giving the construction contracts to her Piedmont millionnaires friends, they cheered her up. It is under her terms that the Warriors and the Raiders left Oakland. The A's also started the threat to leave Oakland if their demands were not met. So, what exactly are we blaming Sheng Tao for?
