You got to know that Oakland had been a crime city for a long time. It doesn't take the city to get back to a great California city overnight. It takes time and everyone that work for the city of Oakland to work hard together and it takes time ok. I believe Mayor Sheng Thao is trying hard to get the City of Oakland to a free non-crime city.

No she is trying her best to make Oakland improve to a non crime city. It will not work overnight and we all know that.
