I'm a true 9 / EU 42 as well. 41 in some Italian boots (Balenciaga, Prada) but true 42 in most sneakers (Salomon, Nike ACG, etc.) I found some pairs on Grailed in 42. You said snug fit... snug but comfortable still, yeah? Don't think toes would be hitting edge?
