Got 2023 mod5. Like the vents, protection tech, boa, and chin strap. However, there are a few things that could be better IMOP. 1, the chin strap adjustment and 2, pockets to secure chips head sets in.

How easily do the Mod 1 Pro earpads come out? I don’t *plan to ever remove them but my old helmet eventually had the earpads falling out easily on their own after a few seasons.

Hi, quick question, how can i mount a go pro cam to Mod 3 helmet? neither the flat or curved adheseve mount seems to fit there....

Oakley should have always kept their interchangable BRIM system like the previous model helmets. I do not get why they got rid of that in their newer mod3 and mod5's.

Hey, what helmets out of these have audio compatibility? My base Mod1 doesn't and it's really disappointing

I got the 2023 MOD5 and I really HATE IT. A really bad fitting helmet, skull matrix is very poor and the snap detaches while skiing. Also the helmet can slide down your face when you put on goggles, unless the BOA is so tight it cuts circulation on the back of the neck. Also the vents in the back allow cold air into the helmet when you have a strong wind at your back which is super uncomfortable sitting on a lift. The detachable brim isn't really detachable unless you remove about 55% of the helmet!!

I had MOD1 and it was terrible. Really bad fitting and also is heavy and big. Luckily, I was able to return it.

So you forgot there is a gen2 of the Mod5? This is bad journalism...guess RU-vidrs don't double check whether a product has been updated before doing a video. I've been using gen2 of Mod5 since November.
