As and English citizen this video make me closest to Argentina than anything else. There has been a troubled history between our countries but don't bear the burden of your rulers, we are all just simple people trying to make it through the week. Don't look back in anger, much love

The amazing thing about this performance is that for most of the Crowd English is their second language but just listen to the passion for the music ...BIBLICAL!!!

There's something so magical about an audience that large singing this song that's in a different language and hearing their accents coming through as they sing with all their soul. I'm a massive Oasis fan and this live version of the song is truly memorable ❤

Noel Gallagher said his favourite place to perform was Argentina because the crowd don't only sing the lyrics they also sing the guitar riffs.

And they sing to him in English. Truly amazing crowd. Love it

Oasis' internal drama can sometimes overshadow just how amazing their songs really were. They put out three albums in the 90's that were just entirely fantastic from beginning to end. Their 2000's output wasn't bad either.

Nole has spoken about this a number of times saying there's no greater feeling than a crowd singing all the words to one of your song and this particular instance left him speechless especially considering they're singing all the words in a second language

When you consider English isn't their language, it's incredible the whole crowd knows all the words. You can see how much Noel loves and appreciates them for that. Once again, the Argies at The River Plate Stadium (following the amazing AC/DC gig in 2009) prove they are the best rock fans on earth. 🙋‍♂

Here in Argentina we put our heart in absolutely everything we do. In all the concerts we sing all the songs and even the instrumental parts. It can't be explained, it can only be felt. Greetings! We love you Biss! ❤❤

I’ve never really been huge on Oasis, but I absolutely love this song. As far as how he sounds, I got a chance to see him live in 2023 (I was there for Garbage and he opened). Even though his solo stuff isn’t really my thing he still sounded amazing. Luckily he did play this one and I absolutely loved it.

It does seem like a wonderful crowd and he was clearly genuinely touched by it, which is pretty impressive given he has had stadiums singing his songs back to him consistently for the past 25-30 years. Including crowds in stadiums where he isn’t even there, crowds at football matches love nothing more than singing his songs

That’s not the guy who sings wonderwall that’s his brother lol they take turns singing noel Gallagher “the person singing in vid” is who writes most of the songs for oasis. Liam Gallagher is the main lead singer and sings most of the songs along with Noel’s backing vocals.

I was lucky to have seen oasis 4 times. Amazing live.

I was in Stade de France in Saint Denis in 2017 for the football match France-England, two days after the disaster in Ariana Grande show in Manchester. English et French sung "Don't look back in anger" together with the Franch republican guards. If you find the video listen this version it's not by Oasis but this is very emotionnal. This sing is just beautiful, and a great message of peace don't forget.

There are a handful of "stadium anthems" that are truly memorable and bring out the passion in the crowd....in my opinion, these are:- Don't Look Back in Anger (Oasis), Angels (Robbie Williams), Fix You (Coldplay) & Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen). Oasis were from the UK... made it big in the 90's... 'Wonderwall' was the big Oasis hit in 1995, sung by lead singer Liam Gallagher... "Don't look back in anger" was also a hit from '95 but sung by guitarist/ vocalist Noel Gallagher (Oasis was basically the 2 brothers - Liam and Noel... the band split in 2009 after the brothers got into 1 too many fights. They both have solo careers now) What Oasis did was take what The Beatles did musically in the 60's and modernized it w/ a 90's sound and delivery... They debuted in 1994 w/ the album 'Definitely maybe'... the big single from that record was 'Live forever'... other hits included - 'Supersonic' ... 'Columbia'... "Rock n' roll star"... 🔥🔥 Their 2nd album "(What's the story?) Morning glory" in 1995 was an even bigger hit after original drummer Tony McCarroll was fired and replaced by drummer Alan White... "Wonderwall" became their biggest single, followed by "Don't look back in anger" ... "Champagne supernova"... 'Morning glory'... 'Some might say'... Unfortunately, drugs and alcohol made the creative process tricky for the 3rd Oasis album in 1997 - 'Be here now'... Songs were longer and somewhat sonically overdone... Still, it had good songs like - "D'you know what I mean" ... "Stand by me" ... 'Be here now'. However, it was the last album w/ the classic Oasis line-up; founding Oasis members Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs (rhythm guitar) and Paul 'Guigsy' McGuigan (bass) quit the band in 1999. In 2000, Oasis released their 4th album 'Standing on the shoulder of giants'... which was not as successful as their 90's albums but still had Oasis doing well on tour w/ Gem Archer (guitar) and Andy Bell (bass) joining the tour and the line-up. The band released 3 more studio albums ('Heathen chemistry' in 2002... "Don't believe the truth" in 2005 and "Dig out your soul" in 2008) before Oasis split on tour in 2009 after Noel Gallagher quit the band. Some of the later Oasis hits include - 'The Hindu times' ... 'Songbird' ... 'Lyla' ... 'The shock of the lightning'...
