Slip inside the eye of your mind Don't you know you might find A better place to play You said that you'd never been But all the things that you've seen Slowly fade away So I start the revolution from my bed Cos you said the brains I have went to my head Step outside the summertime's in bloom Stand up besides the fireplace Take that look from off your face You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out So Sally can wait, she knows its too late as we're walking on by Her soul slides away, but don't look back in anger I heard you say Take me to the place where you go Where nobody knows if it's night or day Please don't put your life in the hands Of a Rock n Roll band Who'll throw it all away Gonna start the revolution from my bed Cos you said the brains I have went to my head Step outside the summertime's in bloom Stand up besides the fireplace Take that look from off your face You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out So Sally can wait, she knows its too late as She´s walking on by My soul slides away, but don't look back in anger I heard you say So Sally can wait, she knows it´s too late as we're walking on by Her soul slides away, but don't look back in anger I heard you say So Sally can wait, she knows it's too late as she´s walking on by My soul slides away, but don't look back in anger don´t look back in anger I heard you say it´s not too late

I don't have a guitar on me at the moment -- so internet, don't skewer me if I'm wrong -- but I sort of recall playing along with a perfectly tuned guitar and it sounding off. So either they weren't tuning to 440 OR the recording was slowed down or sped up.
@@p10rambo i dont think anybody can tell by ear. But when you try to play along the track with a perfectly tuned guitar it sounds off. So eventually someone did the research and found that this and a couple more songs were recorded and then sped up (because they thought they were too slow?), which changes the pitch slightly. You can google it to know more. Also there are versions in youtube with the pitch altered so it sounds good when yo play it with your guitar.
