You are of course correct, the artifacts fundamentally needs to be in the palace untill it is finalized where to build and which of our spiritual of them (of course they are all spiritual) would remain in the palace and those that can be placed in the museum. The Oba and obaseki had this agreement if you listen carefully you will hear when the Oba said " we already sited a land in Adesogbe area from some families" ( which is close to the palace) The Oba is only worried about obaseki changing of plans to EMOWAA without his knowledge

They will make constructive use of the artifacts rather they going to be worshipping them. Remember many Binis were killed in the invasion that led to the looting, so interests of all Binis should be considered.
