The aged man, Babna Karim, who was singing completed his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a grade of 3.98 out of 4.00 from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He joined as a faculty teacher at BUET. Then he went to the USA for his Masters in Industrial Engineering. He completed his Masters with a perfect grade of 4.00 out of 4.00 from Texas Tech University!! He is now a professional engineer at Honeywell company. And, He now lives in Houston, USA with his family.

Warfaze is a Bangladeshi heavy metal band formed on 6 June 1984 in Dhaka by Ibrahim Ahmed Kamal, Meer, Helal, Naimul, and Bapi. They are one of the earliest heavy metal bands in Bangladesh. The band had numerous line-up changes since 1984 and since its inception, the band has released seven studio albums, one compilation album, and several singles. They have experimented with numerous sub-genres of rock and heavy metal over the years.

Warfaze was ranked 5th in "Best Hard Rock Bands" on TheTopTens. Sometimes they pushed even further and ranked 4th, surpassing classic hard rock bands like Aerosmith, Queen, Bon Jovi and Van Halen.

This song is originally from 1994 and the first progressive rock song from Bangladesh and the song that made Warfaze popular. The 2nd version of this song came out in 2009. This is the 2024 version thanks to coke studio. You should react to the previous two versions back-to-back. The first guy who was singing is Babna Karim, the former bassist of Warfaze but he also wrote and sang this song originally. He performed as singing-bassist in a couple of Warfaze songs and his deep voice was a nice contrast to Warfaze's lead vocals who are usually known for their high-pitched voice. This band has gone through various line-up changes and the 2nd guy who was singing is the current vocal Polash Noor. A lot of people don't like his singing it seems. But his voice is almost the same as all the former lead vocals so I don't know what the fuss is about. Anyway, Babna Karim had also left the band in 1996 and coke studio brought him in just to perform this song. Some other songs you can react to are: Agami, Boshe Achi, Na, Purnota, Moharaj, Oshamajik, Omanush, Mone Pore, Joto Durey and Dhushor Manchitro. Now, a lot of these songs have two versions. If the song is from the 2009 Poth Chola album, then it is a re-recording. If it is from older albums, then it is the original. Just to keep something in mind before you dive into Warfaze.

Although they are heavy metla genre but they have been liked by all kind of peopl in Bangladesh. This song was recorded back in 1992 by the first vocalist who used to be a bass guitarist of the band at that time. the original version was 8:38 min long with a 1:43 minite guitar intro solo. You should check out their songs like ‘oshamajik’, ‘boshe achi eka’, ‘shadhikar’, ‘purnota’ etc. some of theor old records might not sound great but listen to their playing. The older guy playing guitar in this video is called ‘Kamal’ is the only only founding member still playing with watfaze. Kamal is a guitar legend of south asia.
