I remember my mom, who was a strong, intelligent woman in every way, a leader, saying she never wants to work for a woman boss. She said they’re petty and unfair. They hold grudges, where most men will confront a problem and then move on. They rarely make good bosses. Other women were shocked when she said this thinking she was a woman’s libber. She said facts are facts. She thinks women are smarter than men but too emotionally driven to be a boss. She was a boss and said she had to really strive to be fair. Most women won’t.
