Now consider the propaganda effect on the undecided if he and his conspirators were facing many court cases? It would make many of their supporters start to question him and their policies (it would be more real/personal). And then how much more money could they donate to his defence fund? It would also make his big donors reconsider their cost/benefit support. My thoughts are I'd indict as many of his acolytes as I could in as many jurisdictions as possible and for as many different charges I could think up. i.e., make it personal for their supporters who are a (minority of the actual population) Let's be real, the MAGA and their backers know that given a level (majority rule) playing field they would never win a Federal election. What THEY are banking on is that while they are making up their laws as they are going along, the Democratic people would continue playing by the rules.
