Oban Raft Race 2011 

THE OBAN Raft Race made a return to Oban Bay this year after a long absence and it proved to float everyone's boat, if the large crowd was anything to go by.
Nine rafts left the bay on Saturday August 13 on a course around The Oban Times slipway and back and it was the crew of Cut Lass who eased to victory, with the mechanics of Lax Power in second and All Wrapped Up from MacQueen Bros in third.
