RECIPE:
200 g Limburger (Room Temperature)
200 g Brie or Camembert (Room Temperature)
100 g Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
1/2 to 1 tsp Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp Whole Caraway Seed (1/2 Ground)
1/2 Onion Very finely chopped
Chopped Chives for garnish.
Chop the Limburger, Brie and Butter and smash together with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency. Add Salt, Pepper, Paprika and Caraway Seeds and mix well. Garnish with the chives. Keep refrigerated but serve room temperature.
