Obay village falls under Tobu Constituency and present MLA is Naiba Konyak LJP party. Unfornately he is setting as an opposition party in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. If I'm not wrong this village was inaugurated just few years back and there is no proper road connectivity with the rest of the villages. Light and internet is another big dreams for them.. It's a village of just couple of households... Actually it's was their field but ended up settling there .. They were from Pessao village but started this village just to suffer...Its just their farm house

Nagas were spending lots of money for churches donation offerings etc but only donating to rich people,if some poor people in village or wherever get sick or anything happens but nobody cares but if anything happens to rich people all the executive members etc will rush the place for praying or bla bla but see in every Naga village there is nothing helping by the church property but helping alot to the rich people
Under whose constituency that village is falling to. Dear Elected Members of that very constituency please pay a visit and bring development to that village and other necessities not just that village but also other Villages that are in similar condition. Govt. Schemes are not applicable for them? Please help them avail Schemes and all.
I would rather prefer that some skilled labour go and teach them how to renovate or build their house,grow abundant vegetables and rear lots of animals and not forgetting how to keep their house neat and tidy. Off course,clothes and foods should also be provided.
They should also keep clean ,if they don't have anything or not they don't have house also they should keep clean , if they keep clean people will heelp
