Sir very clear explanation, but I had a doubt. My father is a group B officer (direct recruited at the age of 31) present age 52 and still a group B officer in tamilnadu state government and my mother is group C (directly recruited at the age of 30) present age 45 and still a group c employee in tamilnadu state government can I get OBC NCL certificate please clarify my doubt sir 🙏🙏

Thanks for the detailed information. We need to mention our family income details in other section of JEE application, in which we need to consider our private job salary income or not? If we submit NCL certificate and mention annual family income is more than 8L, then information provided by us will be contradictory. Pleas share your comments Sir.

Sir We have applied for an OBC certificate but Revenue Inspector here, seems to be unaware of the Creamy layer and non-Creamy layer details and she got us Creamy Layer. How to change it into NCL? My son is in +1 now and we have time till next year to apply for the engineering colleges. Please guide us. your reply is more important to us. We would like to escalate it to further level by giving a written complaint, sir. if a parrent do not have income certificate to produce or IT returns either , self employed can we get OBC? what if the parent is employed in Autonomous or PSU organisation , which is not a dirent govt of india organisation, can we get OBC ? what if the parent employed as govt if india , PSU, autonomous organisation , class A officer, but now retired , can we get OBC as NPS pensioner? can we regester ourself online as a citizen for geting OBC, what is the procedure may kindly clarify. this information shall be useful
