I know this post is a bit old but any way , in the story this trip to the beach is like a flashback in a movie , at some point at the start of the story he somehow made everyone forget what they were all wearing during the trip , at some point the shift goes from "present day" to the actual event itself ....so , mainly for story purposes ( and probably not being in the mood to make new arts / animations ) , they are wearing usual stuff. They do this a lot even when there is no reason to not give the guys a new outfit / look. Sigh. Only a few events and devilgram stories have had them mention a change of clothes or featuring them in different digs.

Also the MC doesn't have to be female since the way they word every thing is to include everyone even though a lot of us fans and players are female. Just like not all of our MC / playable characters are "white"....I chose Kali as my given name so when the brothers address "me" , they refer to "me" as Kali.
