I think what makes Obi such a well loved character is the fact that he has such good qualities. He's always there for Shirayuki and is nothing but supportive. He's an all around good guy and i think that's what makes it even harder knowing that he's probably not going to end up with her. In any other romance series, he'd probably be a protagonist. I hope by the end he's at least able to find someone who likes him for who he is.
i love our adorable monkey obi~ hes so cute ugh i want different show but with a similar character to obi as the male lead he would make such a good male lead

Okay... so I'm glad I'm not the only one. And I have to say, that little side hop at 0:11 amuses me so very much. And the BLEP at 1:52! Also, the utter glee he has making those little snow piles at 1:54 is the best! I'm just gonna admit now, I just love the guy. lol
It's been years since I watched this anime. I think it was my 2nd or 3rd one. I remember liking Izana but I completely forgot how much I loved Obi. You just evoked some great memories
@@anemobug Now that I think about it, I can't find it anywhere else in other edits. I probably need to rewatch the series, though I want more scenes of her with Obi. You can probably find the scene that I was looking for in the 2nd Season, probably the LAST scene with him and Shirayuki for as long as I can remember. 😭
same obi's my favourite character so i was always rooting for him and i thought they were cute but shirayuki and zen are obviously meant to be and they're sweet together
I love obi so much honestly I wouldn’t mind if he ended up with shirayuki but I know that it won’t happen. Still he’s great as he is and deserves a lot more appreciation I just love his selfless and playful attitude. By far the most interesting character in the series and I feel so bad for him because I know shirayuki is never gonna reciprocate his feelings. Of course I still want zen and shirayuki to be together more, so maybe another love interest for Obi?
Oh sheeeeet, I remember the moment I realized that he had a crush on the female lead, I immidiately drop the anime =)))) but after all this years and he's still such a hottie uwu should i just rewatch the anime again just to enjoy him lolol
@@anemobug Oh don't you worry, I think they're ALL ugly in the anime. The manga is so much more prettier in every form. Have you seen the goddess that is Shirayuki in the manga? It just hits harder for Obi because he's my favorite character!😭 If only they'd adapted the manga as faithfully as Vanitas no Carte was done. Akagami no Shirayuki hime would be the anime of the season!
@@shameenkashif2421 i get u i was the same way for tpn i loved the manga sm and was so excited for the anime adaptation and it wasn't bad in fact i liked it but it still wasn't quite the same and especially i've heard s2 isn't that good and a lot of things were skipped over
But yea yea my lil heart is ok thinking he has a lover ... that tribe girl remember my fellows ??? At one ep physical strenght just like obi's anddd yeaaaa they r just like made for each other n had a greaaaat chemistry hehe
