They're showing Vader at ultimate badass peak throughout this show. However, I also think they're still showing a tiny bit of Anakin still in there every now and then.
I posted this in another review... Reva missed her opportunity to kill Vader. Obi told her that Vader will be so focused on him. So when Vader was pulling back the decoy ship, he was totally focused on that and that was Reva's chance. And each one of those flashbacks, coincided with what was happening in this episode.
Nah, Vader is too powerful and he would mow down anyone who stands between himself and his goal including Reva so it wouldn't make much of a difference
@@kaushikhegde8227 its the smartest opportunity of the two scenaario's - Strike him when he's busy - Strike him when he's not busy Why pick the second one? And why telegraph your attack by swinging and yelling? dumb dumb dumbdumb Also funny how Obi-Wan tells her 'we can defeat him together' - then runs away again
@@kaushikhegde8227 Of course it didnt. This is a prequel. We already know the fates of Vader, Leia, Luke, Organa, Owen and Obi-Wan. So those characters all have the plot armor we know cant effect them here. Doesnt change the fact it was a dumb move on her part.
It was frustrating seeing the video constantly cutting out. Even though I already saw the training match scene somewhere else on RU-vid, it's pretty jarring.
Vader lied. Obi Wan did not use her against Vader. He offered to join her defeat him and she refused. Yet if she had attacked him while he was distracted with bring down the ship, she still may have lost the battle but might have done him so serious damage. Hopefully she will realize Vader lied and will realize also that all the wrongs she thinks Obi Wan did to her are far less than what the Galactic Empire have done to her and others. I hope they make her both bad and good, but mostly good. Vader criticized Obi Wan for not killing him and he then he does the same thing to Reva which will be a mistake for him where Obi Wan leaving Vader alive wasn't a mistake as Luke got to destroy Vader and turn his father, Anakin back to the light side of the Force.
They were supposed to de-age Anakin for the flashbacks but they rushed it. Also there's other flasjback scenes of them together that were cut. Some I heard were from the era of Clone Wars. Supposedly theyre going to rebroadcast all these episodes again in the Fall with touched up graphics, re-edited scenes to look less "TV" and more cinematic, fix some of the badly shot scene transitios, and put the deleted scenes back in while also de-aging Anakin to his proper look of 19 yr old Anakin before he and Obi-Wan fought Count Dooku. Also originally Reva was supposed to die in this episode but Kathleen Kennedy changed the script, removed some of the deleted scenes etc. Wanted more focus on Reva and Leia and said the og script was too dark.
Seeing Vader in, in my opinion, his most menacing, villainous, scenes ever! This episode solidified him as the greatest villian of ALL-TIME!🏆🥇 So fucking good..!
