I love that you guys are unabashed when showing your emotions when a film or show moves you. I almost burst into tears when I realized he was watching Luke as a little boy.
What really stands out to me in this trailer is that I think this is really only the second time in this history of Star Wars, that something from the prequels (and I don’t mean rebels or clone wars or any of the video games, novels and comics. I’m speaking only within the context of the live action movies) managed to merge with something that was wholly created by Disney. The idea that here is Obi-Wan Kenobi and he is about to have this head on collision with the Sith Inquisitors seems holy unique. Outside of Bail Organa’s appearance in Rogue One, this is uncharted territory for Star Wars. We haven’t seen this kind of Hegemony yet.

I was just talking about this to my partner, whenever you guys cry on screen it tells me that you guys genuinely enjoy the things you love and that the emotion of them is so rich and pure to you that sometimes you just get emotional. To me, it's what I love about this channel seeing you guys be okay with allowing yourselves to just feel about the things you enjoy always makes my day. Like I'm not even a big Star Wars fan, but I specifically watched this reaction simply because I knew that you guys would be happy and that to me is worth it all.

I've been super cautious about Kenobi. With Boba Fett I was kind of middling as the episodes went on (until those last two), so I've been tempering the hype for Kenobi. HOWEVER as soon as that Duel of the Fates kicked in -- I was fully on board. I know music and nostalgia is an easy score, but damn is it effective!
I was wondering what all the fuss was about with Boba until I reached Ep 6 & 7! For me Mando saved Fett's season, buts that's just my humble opinion. Kenobi looks dope.

Omg this trailer gave me chills! It was the music that got me. So freaking epic. Also freaking inquisitors! So hyped! Also I was dying at your description of how Discord reacted when the trailer dropped. I’d heard a rumor it might drop today, but I was busy with other things and almost forgot until the afternoon. Then I saw it and was like wait. Wait. Is this real? I need to watch! You know it’s good when this is the second ever trailer they watch for a second time. I really enjoyed Boba particularly the later episodes, but I think Kanobi might be in a league all its own. Not just in quality, but in feel too. This is looking like it’ll be the most intense Star Wars show so far.

Remember the explanation Dave Filoni made about Duel of the Fates from Episode I? He said it was about Anakin’s fate in the fight between Maul and Qui Gon-Obi Wan. watching him tear up made me tear up...And I just watched like five other reactions plus the trailer I watched 10 times already....That's the Grand inquisitor talking and yes that's him from Star Wars rebels but it's not the same actor and also that's the fifth brother from Star Wars rebels.. At least we know the 2 don't die in this ... The inquisitor saber blades have repulsive lifts in them.. In Star Wars rebels 4 Inquisitors get killed..Well the one could have possibly survived...Because the Saber was broken And fell to his death Near the Sith temple... Remember this takes place about 5 years before Star Wars rebels

Star Wars is my life, not only bunch of movies or TV Shows. It's literally my life. I've lived every second of it. Just like how Luke, Cad Bane, and Ashoka were all huge surprises to see in Mando and Boba, I feel like they are hiding a major character as a surprise again. Whether that be Darth Maul or Cal, we will see.
When I saw an Inquisitor from Rebels, I almost soiled my pants. The Clone Wars and Rebels totally helped save the Prequels for me. This was just a teaser trailer but the music was last battle of epic movie. What the heck is the official trailer going to do to us? 🤯 And if we just saw Ahsoka with Luke, I would be happy to see her with Obi-Wan in live action....
I feel I have to make an apology. As a Star Wars fan for the last 43 years I've been living with my 1st impression of uncle Owen ... of being a dicc. But now I see him as a simple man, making his way, farming for existence, and Obi-Wan drops this awesome responsibility on him ... and he took it on. He KNEW, this would bring trouble to his family and doorstep. No wonder he bad mouthed old Ben to young Luke with whom he had most probably bonded with as he grew into an adult. FUCK! That responsibility got him and his wife killed. He KNEW! I'm sorry Owen R.I.P.
