I have been where Brian has been literally and the best healing I gave me was spending time alone!!! Yeah alone sounds insane but you actually get to realize and heal alot in the midst of self time...the only thing that makes you fail is you and the only thing that makes you grow is you!!! You are your own limit... nothing is too hard to solve so long as you are part of this universe!

Get Chira into THERAPY and possibly even REHAB. Then you'll see a Different Guy. His reactions are valid considering all he's been through and they are also a CALL FOR HELP.
