Sir , if someone got the benefit of section 6 of POA 1958, will he be eligible to get the benefit of section 12 of POA(i mean, will it affect his government service) 2) can an offender under 21 years of age get benefits of section 3 or section 4 of POA 1958???? Pls reply, i am in huge confusion.
