What happened to the original voice actor of Solomon Moto? Based on the sound of his voice, sounds a bit like he’s perhaps voiced by the other actor who voiced his friend Arthur Hawkins or sounds like another character from the YuGiOhVerse yet can’t pinpoint which one.
Well the VA for Duel Links & DSOD are voiced by Wayne Grayson whereas the original VA for the anime was Maddie Blauston for the English side. Sadly, Maddie Blauston passed away in 2008 so that's why Wayne Grayson had to take the role of Solomon Muto. The Japanese VA is still the same guy aka Tadashi Miyazawa, which is pretty cool.

My sincere and humble condolences regarding her untimely passing and I’ll admit she did such an awesome job that I never would’ve thought that Solomon was voiced by a female voice actress.
