I like the casual and calm tone in Hourglass’ lines, it really stands out compared to the other characters. (I also like DEEZ's voice because Rick Hunter.)
Fun fact: Deez is voiced by Rick Hunter, who is known for voicing The Postal Guy (at least in this one as those in the troll game are just voice clips from Samuel L. Jackson)
Willie - my boi having a good time over here, finally having his beloved hat back! He sounds so friendly, and it seems he didn't even had to be given an order to get rid of Jake, he was just told that Jake stole his boat: "You're not very nice", "My boat? You took it!" Belial - being literally born inside your office, all she can do as a baby, is cry (it's a funny situation that until game's release, fans were speculating about who this mysterious Belial is... and it was Sadie all along) Daisy - annoying the living shit out of you with her quaking (still not as bad as FNaTI 1.0 Disembodied's literal earrape) The Face - as was stated in the Extras, being more self-aware, he feels that he is on the brink of death, as he tries to finally settle a score with Jake and take those eyes he wanted since the first game: "I shall be finished", "Your eyes, I need them!", "Vision is fading..." P.N. Minnie - she sounds so sad, insecure about her look and wondering what happened to Mickey (first, she wouldn't want to know, and second, I bet she's already annoyed by Willie constantly bragging about his hat) Dippy - what is it with Goofy characters in FNaTI craving for salvation and the fear of being left behind? Pete - literally says nothing, and it seems he hates not only the light, but the company as well Hourglass - very interesting how it sounds so calm, reassuring, and humane instead of a mesh of distorted voices of those its made of. I wonder, if toons who combined finally gained a singular personality, and if so, do they talk consciously or do they simply try to imitate a normal human to lure Jake... I especially like the fact that it refers to itself as "me", not "we", you know, a pretty common trope for a fusion of characters to talk about themselves in plural MOTHER/MickMick - big, bad Mickey finally decided to take matter in her own hands. I think MickMick being the physical form of MOTHER was a great way to repurpose the character, since, y'know, he was just a Mickey Mouse with human eyes, a very redundant design in my opinion. Now, he has _the_ most significant role, being the main antagonist and the mastermind behind the curtains, albeit being a physical manifestation of seemingly another character, they are still one (I mean, it was even teased since 2020, when MOTHER's render was released, bearing the same pose with MickMick from 3.0) Shades - ghosts of the past, haunting Jake for the rest of his life Cabin Face - if you think he doesn't look *that* bad in Oblitus Casa, just check his original render from 2015 and try _not_ to laugh your ass off P.N.M. - funny color-inverted mouse said the thing! Slester - glitches go brrrr Oswald - sad rabbit remains sad, questioning the things that still torture him so much Ink-Blot MickMick - reversed_laugh.mp3 The Corruptus - fan-favourite glitchy mouse finally sounds and looks badass, the way fans wanted to see him! Deez - The Guy from Postal 2 breaks the 4th wall. At least, unlike the Troll Demo, he doesn't call you a bitch Mortimer - the depressed mouse, who has seen things anyone would rather forget, becomes even more depressed
@@doodlezregular9514 i cant view it but if its from the wiki i couldnt even make it out the lost protype of casa from purity sinners image anyway Edit:found it…its just a cracked porcline looking micky?
i love how hourglass tricks you his voice he actually sounds human and he is luring you by saying stuff like “im right here come closer” or “you close just a little more” and you run into your demise since Hourglass has the lowest time to kill in the game assuming the flash didn’t scare him away its almost impossible to run away in time before he gets you
(SPOILERS!!!) (I beat the game already) he does sound like Henry I agree with some of yous he's imitating stuff he said when he was alive "I've found something useful" (maybe a weapon or extraterrestrial tool?) "I'm right here" (he's going to use the tool) "you there? Come closer" (again gonna use the tool) at the end of them game Henry's voice is slightly distorted. Hourglass using siren head tactics.
You know, people joking about how willie is flexing about his hat maybe a joke at first, but when analyzed further it can be somewhat dark. It feels like as if willie maybe limited to the mind just trying to latch on to the last fragments of memory he may have by repeating the things that matter most to him.
I don’t think many have caught on to the fact that Hourglass having a more calm, stable, humane voice and also why it does things like say “I” or “me” instead of “us” or “we” is due to it pretending to sound like Henry (aka: Undying) and we know it’s trying to do this with the lines “don’t leave me again”, “I’m fine now” and it’s whole “I’m over here! Come this way” tactic it’s trying to use, which I think is pretty cool and creepy of the concept of something hostile using the voice of a friend or at least something/someone else to seem friendly and lure people into it only for them to become its new victims
Love how they got Rick Hunter, the voice of the original Postal Dude, to do Deez. For some reason that's great to me, and I've rewatched those few seconds at least five times because he and the team absolutely nailed it.
13:40 Mortimer is the one who knows everything about cartoons and he knows that there is no acual happy ending, the place he lived was, just a simulation.
I like how only the hourglass dude is basically the only one that's more human. In the sense that he does more than "me want human dead." He actually just, has a conversation with you. That's neat.
i like the way they made hourglass try to trick you into getting closer to it like it says "i found something usefull" or "come on dont leave me behind AGAIN" in a desperate attempt at lowering your guard down
@@yapyapthedestroyer2562 Glad they managed to find him to return. And I guess the VA decided to redo the Corruptus voice from the original. I do miss the OG, but still brought a fan favorite fan character back to life in the best way possible. :)
Why are these things so much scarier than fnaf animatronics I love fnaf don't get me wrong but whoever's designing these things is genuinely AMAZING at making horrifying monstrosities. They genuinely unnerve me on a level no horror game creature has in a LONG time And the NOISES. The sounds some of these things make... Wow
Mother: **proud of her MickMick cosplay, and acting like mickey, as if she didn't just threathen to kill a guy** Hourglass: **trying his best to be henry**
This shades being the characters which melted into hourglass in FNATI is such a clever plot implementation, it makes sense for them to exist. They are the memories of the past, which even after their combined form is burned to death, still haunt Jack. It is very, very disturbing to me.
While your comment is pretty cool, the only shade based on his version from the previous game is photo negative mickey's shade. Oswald shade is based on Classic oswald, nightmare oswald and inkblot oswald. Shade Minnie is based on 3.0 impure mouse. Shade goofy is 4.0 goofy. And shade Donald on Classic disembodied.
@@TheShape45 Shade Donald is based off of Zombie Donald from S_C_R_A_P_P_E_D which makes sense as Andrew (leader of Radiance) and Lillian came up with idea for S_C_R_A_P_P_E_D
Imagine having your asshole clenched in the anxiety of being jumpscared by genuinely unnerving Disney characters only to be in utter confusion when one of them starts talking like the Postal Dude
It was supposed to be like that for all the voices. The shades are Jakes memories of the past with the mascots (pretty much past games) so most if not voice lines sound like the original characters but are also the same lines from previous games.
Only thing I saw mentioning that line, am I missing something (probably) or is that supposed to be a reference to the old "Abandoned by Disney" creepypasta?
I’m not familiar with the FNaTI series in the slightest, so maybe other character’s lines would resonate with me more if I knew who they were, but regardless, I think Mortimer’s lines are the most chilling here. Coupled with the slight elderly tone of his voice, he just sounds so old and so tired, like a soul that’s been trapped here for decades. (Of course, his lines do seem to just reference Mouse.Avi, thus the piano, but taking them outside of that context makes them feel pretty sad and creepy).
Pretty late but anyways xd mortimer in the lore its not too important but he exist so from the information we got, his species is still unknown to this day, but might be some kind of superior corruptus, hes a free spirit that can travel trough universes with the old tv's, it is confirmed that every single fnati game is a pararel universe where everything is a cycle of events that leads to the same fates and endings, it is possible that mortimer got to see them all with his ability to travel trough the universes and got to see every single cycle repeating over and over, he even subtly spoiled that by saying in some of his voice lines, "it goes on, and on and on, over and over and over again", by the time oblitus casa happens he might be already tired of seeing every cycle repeating so thats why he sounds tired and more depressed "its all a loop, never ever ending."
I’m unbelievably glad that they got Rick Hunter to voice Deez in this, he’s my favorite voice actor, and my eyes WIDEN when I heard his voice in this. Love him
I love how the first 2 lines of mortimer are a reference to the "Lost Episodes" creepypasta out of all things. (Lost episodes is a creepypasta made by slimebeast, the creator of abandoned by Disney)
Hour glass is interesting, it seems it wants to move on, but also keep going, I'm sure the toons within hour glass are split into wanting to move on, and staying
In my opinion, all versions of oswald have the saddest voice lines. Both in real life and in the game, oswald is "Abandoned" which is honestly depressing
I personally LOVE Oswald's lines even if there are only a few. He was my favorite character in the first game and his lines were so depressing and I loved them. So hearing them again makes me sooo happy especially since he wasn't in the main cast of the second game. I'm also really happy seeing the photo negative mickey again too as he was my second favorite in the first game. Although, I will admit I definitely prefer the OG voices from when the game FIRST came out, but the they still sound amazing. Overall it's great seeing the two again!
half of it's a joke from the developers, the other half's trying to lure jake because it managed to control its voice after a year of learning how to kill visitors better
Hourglass after escaping the staff building has become much fancier and more professional and wants to simply have a conversation with Jake about Treasure Island and the events that have occurred there.
Willie is the best and probably nicest character, change my mind.... Yknow what I change my mind, Mortimer is the best character, I just love how he acts and his voice
