I know my improvisation for this piece is daring and somewhat interesting, but it's never "epic"!XD And you know that I'd always pick "impossible" pieces to challenge and compensate myself if I haven't been playing for more than a week or so. ^^ Anyway, thank you so much again!
🥲 Wow! Absolutely love this composition. I had tears of joy streaming down my cheeks as I experienced this lovely song unfold before my ears. Oblivion is one of my favorite soundtracks and I love the movie. The Blu-ray has the isolated score by M83 in uncompressed 5.1 audio and is remarkable. This is the most beautiful version there could ever be of such a fantastic piece. Thank you for sharing this. ❤

Hello Annelie, I have transcribed this music from your video by ear, rearranged it in terms of speed & lengths, composed & added 2 parts entirely and it's now ready. I tried to respect both M83 & your style (your creativity, speed and the way you articulated the story behind the theme is meticulous and otherworldly!) the track is on my SoundCloud, the score I'm still cleaning it up. Anyways, I wanted to tell you: There's your name on the score and in the meta data of the music file. I also wanted to thank you warmly: with your skills, it might have been just 5min of improvisation but for me, it's been a journey of several weeks during which I've learnt a lot! The score is still too difficult for me to actually as I only played piano for 1.5 year on my own but I plan on getting a teacher and properly learn.
