Observation Tower completed 5 years ago (2019) and it's unable to be used. Still No groundwork done to make it appealing to the eye. Left the 21+ year, cracked and broken-down retaining wall. Molded drywall in the elevator space. How knows what the electrical and motors look like because of the moisture in a sealed space.
