This is a training video of an obstetric drill for Postpartum Haemorrhage. An obstetric drill simulates an obstetric emergency. It is a tool to build and maintain competencies of health staff to manage such complications.
Been to this a year ago..when i delivered my baby boy, right after he was out they suddenly told my husband to get out from the labor room, and the doctor always ask me to open my mouth and she will check my tounge from time to time, they injected some medicines both of my hands and nobody told me what was happening, i can hear my doctor calling the other hospital to prepare everything, cathether also was inserted and still i dont know what was happening, i stayed in the labor room for four hours. And when they transferred me to my room thats the time they told me of what happened, they suggested of iron than blood transfussion, its safer they said.. so after i got discharged i went back to the hospital to get iron shots, two bags every session. And my ob stopped my maintenace for high blood pressure.
