Obtain Fly early tweaks for glitched any% (Platinum) 

This shows how to do the tweaks required to obtain fly before fighting Maylene. You still need to fight Maylene, but can skip the grunts that come after the battle in the gym. The first 2 tweaks at solaceon town are not required, you can start with performing the tweak at route 215 given that you graphic reload in the correct subchunks.
