I love how people complain about reaper when it's predictable as hell and gets punished by whiffs and counters. As a reaper main, the only stands you need to avoid is a maxxed out sakuya, a better reaper, a KC god, or any stand with repeatable BD's such as SPTW or SP. TW is also a pain to fight. A good counter aside from, well, counters, is a stand that spams ranged moves...again, such as Sakuya.
