The only reason obtaining sukuna is stressful is because the devs were being very unprofessional making the steps fingers wise and boss fight.

Heres all you want if you want then you want it (lol). I mean heres how to get sukuna 1. Get itadori yuji, obtain from mastery 1 that can use for gojo quest (we aint talk about him) 2. Be vessel (idk, they said it) and eat sukuna finger 15 times 3. Beat him He beat so easly if you have skills, the reason its easy beacuse his health is weak but you will weak too, but remember if you let him out or unstunned, he will heal back but 0.1 chance that wont heal back so try to aggresive fight to him 4. Thats it lol ez
