Obtaining Vasto Rage Guide | Peroxide 

Extra Information:
If you do not know where Vasto Lordes spawn, they spawn in a ravine in Hueco Mundo called "The Gourge", just roam around Hueco and you should be able to find the ravine. Alternatively, they also spawn in a cave, but I farmed in the ravine instead of the cave.
For the finding your specific Vasto Lorde part, just server hop instead of waiting in one server, it took me around 4 hours to find my NPC.
