Sir, Is K and h files are disposable (one time used for one patient only and discarded) or these and other things used in rct like spreader, gutta percha etc are resterlised? If resterlised, then for how many times?

Microleakage from the apical foramen is one of the big reason, other thn that apical perforation which not healed, and reamaing pulp tissue can cause bleeding..
