these people are clearly in a wetland, and they knew it! it;s only sad that responsible agencies took this long to comeout and warn these residents.. they clearly need compensation and those that slept at work should be prosecuted, including the national water and electricity agencies that continued earning from wetland occupying people.. and potentially gave belief to many others to encroach more!
U people these are the results of the amendment in the constitution of Uganda .Thats why they fought tooth and nail to change the constitution of uganda.
