Occupational Video - Cardiology Technologist 

I'm really interested in cardiology and I want to become a cardiology technician

i went to the interview on Thursday for this career. hope that i will be able to pass it and work as the cardiology Technologist...:)

is it the same thing as Cardiovascular Technology?

I am looking at this also and I am a CPC. To my knowledge, it looks like a Technologist performs the tests and assists the physician with procedures, both invasive and non. A Technician reads and interprets the tests. Are a Cardiology Technologist and Cardiovascular Technologist the same? To me, the Cardiology T focuses strictly on the heart, whereas, a Cardiovascular T, the whole vascular system.

I want to do this as a career!
