thanks for the video mam but there is one more thing which is crucial while doing this before the turn.... - REMAINED STEPS ARE :- 1) we have to give the client instruction that he/she to flex one leg opposite to the turn he/she going to do . 2) put a pillow in b/w of his/her leg for comfort . 3) ask them to flex one hand under the ear (which is opposite to the flexed leg) . 4) then turn the client and tell him/her to hold the railing .

I have one doubt from this procedur first you remove the half old sheet in the back of the patient after you but the new one . The new sheet are attached to the old sheet we can got the microbs from old st to new sheet that also affect the patient ?

We are cleaning mackintosh with damp and dry duster. I have explained in video. Listen carefully dear. It should not be wet.

Yes.. dusting always we do damp.. bcz dry dusting create spread of microorganisms.. first damp cloth then dry cloth to make mattress n makintosh dry…

We are only changing mackintosh when it get spoiled by bodily discharge. We clean it with damp and dry duster so we are not changing this.

Its not necessary. What u do if u don’t find any staff or relative fr ur help. Then u supposed to turn ur patient by ur own n keep extra pillows to prevent injury of falldown on opposite side with side rails up. In every condition we shud be prepare.
