Yes, but after a month when they appear in court. They know the allegations against Doa and Danny are false, and will get thrown out ,but they're taking advantage of the court system to immediately prevent protest and as an attempt to shut down encampment.
They don’t need the restraining order to stick. They just need DOA out of the way long enough for the encampment to fail. Scientology can try…they only create more determination from the protesters

This is in relation to the Jayden Wheeler the young security guy and the incident is from when they falsely closed LRH and he kept telling you “you’re trespassing”. I don’t see any mention of the poodle guy incident

@@erikas1962This is purely a legal matter, wherein the aggressor filed an unlawful restraining order. We can have opinions about how either side handled it, but our opinions don’t matter in the eyes of the law.
Temporary Restraining orders are almost always granted because it’s consider time to let the parties cool off. They have to actually show cause at the hearing. Just watch your back till then. If they can get you arrested between now and then that will give them something. Keep your cool. Enjoy some relaxing time in between streams. We are here for ya.
