If you are looking for a great place to go and chill, relax, get some good food, be captivated by the view and hang by the beach/pool - Ocean Eden Bay is the place to go. We went to Ocean Eden Bay to celebrate our 26th Wedding Anniversary - October 2022 - and have no regrets. We would go back right now if we could. Clean rooms, Fabulous view from the balcony, Good Food, Relaxing Pool, Warm, Clean Beach Water, Professional and Friendly Team, Beautiful surroundings, Variety of Dishes to choose from; coffee shop; ice-cream stand - all good. The only complaint I would say is that getting our room assignment was slow. However there is much to do while you wait. Go eat, go to the pool, beach or just chill with a drink. Listen, when you go on vacation - the main thing is a clean place to eat, sleep, play and chill - and of course good food, good company, great pool and beach. Ocean Eden Bay has a tick mark for all of the above and then some. I am quite picky about leaving my nice home to go somewhere and then not feeling comfortable. So I am very nervous when I go on vacation. Guaranteed, you will have a good time here. They aim to please. Food is good. Vibe is great. They have everything you could want. If you like to drink -- Lord Have Mercy. LOL. Rum punch is Tastieeeee. Our 26th anniversary was on October 19, 2022. When we returned to our room that evening - we found our room so well decorated by Natasha - Guest Services. I mean this lady, went all out. She used real flowers and leaves to decorate our room and bed. It was clear she put her heart into her work. We were blown away with how beautiful it looked. Thanks again Natasha. They also have nightly entertainment and shows that are well done. Shout out to Gawayne, Natasha, Anya and her colleague at H10, Guillermo, Thanks again to everyone at Ocean Eden Bay. The Gillespie's had a Fantabulous Time. You made our 26th years anniversary unforgettable - in a beautiful way. Guillermo, next time we come - we are hoping to get coconut and cane on the property. There is a family side that is called Ocean Coral Springs -- just as good. The only difference is that if you stay on the Family side - you can only access some of the restaurant on the Ocean Eden Bay side - however when you stay on the Ocean Eden Bay side you can attend all the restaurants. They have Jamaican dishes - real Jamaican food; Italian, Hibachi, Steak house; Jerk pit -- and soo much more. The madness is real. Lord Have Mercy. Jamaica No Problem Indeed at Ocean Eden Bay and Ocean Coral Springs. If you want a place to have a good time -- Ocean Eden Bay and Ocean Coral Springs is for You!!
So after my incident last year I was given a voucher to use but had to book minimum a month or two prior. I've been trying to reach the hotel staff since February. In March finally I got a hold of someone and was told management will get back to me we are currently ending of April and still nothing. Very disappointed,horrible customer service. Now my voucher will no longer be valid yet no one is helping me with this. I've emailed multiple times. If I could I would call but that's an international ca it would cost me to make that phone call… never again!!!
