One thing I have learned over the years is that you can almost always guarantee there will be a mildew smell with a swim-out suite with people naturally entering their room while wet. Unless the privilege of the swim-out pool is on your short-list I try to avoid paying the extra charge for this reason. Thank you for the walkthrough!

Hi Roula, we were there back in May and there was so much sargassum and large bagged sand Preventing us using the ocean. I don’t see that in your Video. When was this taken? Thx

Hi, I am impressed by this hotel after watching your content. I would like to book this hotel for a week of remote working, that means we need consistent and high speed internet for zoom calls and searches. Do you know if their WiFi is fast enough for working and streaming HD videos in the rooms and common areas?

Are the a la cart restaurants easy to reserve and is there a waiting period to reserve them like 48 hrs in advance?

Not difficult per se but you have to do it first thing in the morning to ensure you get a table. Some are no reservations required like the BBQ :)

Did you have the transfer service from the airport? I am going soon on my honeymoon, how was the situation with reservations for the specialty restaurants

Reservations for specialty restaurants was pretty easy, you make them in the morning by the main buffet. Airport transfers I always booked via expedia when I would book my vacation package but since I lived in Mexico for a bit I do have a car service contact. Find me on IG! @lifewithroula

I felt everything had air con, there was only one day that it wasn't working in buffet but other than that was fine my whole trip

Hi did you do the Privileged package? Do you know what that actually gives you? And if you are not Privileged can you use the entire resort?

You can get it as an upgrade when checking in if there is availabilty, and no you can't use the entire resort. You wont have access to the adults only section (el beso & its restaurants) or the priveldge section or its lounge

Yes I understand, but the beach was very clean in this video and when its not they clean it (those bags I guess you are speaking of) there is no guarantee what day or season will be clean everyday as everyday it changes
