Hi... I can answer this for you. Basically no.. Only Privilege and Privilege Members can make reservations. What you do is go and put your name on the waiting list.
We never did make reservations and I don't think you can make reservations unless you have the privilege package. The busiest restaurant was the Steakhouse and we never wanted to wait but not too bad of a wait at all the other restaurants.
Hi Priya. When we were there March 2022 and they were doing the Antigen test at the resort for $35 US. It was open 9 AM to noon. We went at 9 AM a couple days before we needed out test to check it out and it was very busy with about 50 people in line. We asked one of the medical team about the wait and he said to come back a 11 AM. So we went the day we were leaving only 3 hours before our flight without a reservation we went at 11 AM. There were only 4 people there. We had our printed test results in less than 15 minutes from the time we walked in the door.
There was a lot of seaweed but it was cleaned up at the Resort every morning before most people even saw it. I did notice some of the smaller resorts were unable to keep up with the problem.
First time travelling too Mexico stayed here for a week expecting a positive experience but , I would seriously reconsider ever going back too Mexico as a whole after visiting. In this video from my experience they have not been truthful in the representation of the staff,about half the staff unless you are purchasing something off them they will be rude borderline disrespectful among other issues, I would recommend staying somewhere else. It is nice too look at though.
It's both! There are 4 hotel/buildings all with their own pool and swim up bar. One of them is an adults only building. The other 3 are family with one of them that has a kids pool and slides.
