3 years ago I lost a very dear very special friend. A year and a half later when this album came out it spoke to me a lot I wish she would do speaking with trees live

Wow these sound checks she just posted are incredible. I’m (admittedly) a crying fan, I’m a crier period, but they have me sobbing. Maybe it’s the intimacy of the camera or the empty venue or the tension of distance/connection between all the musicians. Whatever it is it’s kinda wild. This is the real deal, I guess. I guess it’s just that. The real deal.
