Having several Oceania cruises under my belt I'd like to say your content was well done, entertaining and informative. I had no idea of the range of mixed drinks available, I usually stick with a single malt Scotch. Thank you, I hope to see more content like this. You are both very easy to watch, just pleasant folks. What is your next cruise?
I hope it's in the Retreat, otherwise it's a big step down from Oceania although I get the sense you have a very positive attitude, which is contagious. @@KenGoesCruising
@@marshillmike We just love cruising and want to try as many cruise lines as we can. Before Oceania we were on MSC. Wow that was different. We won't be rushing back but we had a good time with some wonderful friends.
I loved the Oceania series. The ship, service looks great. I'm tempted, but it appears Oceania only offers the smaller ships in the Baltic. I think those ships are older and haven't been updated? Anyway, I love you two and look forward to your next adventures.
Thanks for your comments and I'm glad you enjoy the videos. As far as I'm aware the updates will be done gradually but with the quality of service on board even older ships would ensure a good time. It's part of a decision we shall have to take in the future!
Agree with everyone else - This was a lovely series to watch. Thanks so much for taking us along. Just one further question to ask - How did you find the motion on this ship compared to the larger cruise lines? Are either of you susceptible to seasickness?
Hi Lesley we are both quite good with regards to sea sickness, however I'm not really in a position to comment on the moment of the ship as the sea was so calm all the time. However she is only 10,000 gross tons smaller than Aurora and we have been in hurricane force winds on her. She did rock and roll a bit but we were both ok apart from bouncing off the walls

My wife and I have been on over 10 Oceania cruises. My wife is somewhat susceptible to sea sickness. She uses a Scopolamine patch. On our first cruise with Oceania (2003 on Regatta) it was somewhat rough in the North Sea, but she did not have problems. Seasickness remedies have gotten better since the 1960s when we carried Bucladin (a combo prescription medicine that made you feel good and helped keep your stomach from doing the wrong thing) and suppository Dramamine on our 37 foot sailboat going to Hawaii.
